We want you to love your FIGS as much as we do, so we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn apparel in its original packaging. Please ensure items are unwashed and have all original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse receives the items.
